Kurt has a total of seven years of hands-on experience in the startup ecosystem, specializing in growth advisory, operations, and strategy.

Before co-founding Playbook, Kurt honed his expertise at McKinsey & Company over a five-year period, where he worked on high-impact projects across various industries. His tenure at McKinsey provided him with a solid foundation in strategic thinking and execution discipline, skills that he now leverages to help startups and established enterprises achieve their growth objectives.

Kurt is also an engineer by trade and known for his meticulous approach to setting and following through on strategic plans.
